Replicate Template Lines
How To Replicate Template Lines
This function is used to replicate templated items one at a time. To use you begin by marking a templated item. Then take you mouse and click on Tools | Replicate Template Lines. This in turn will open the Template Replicator Wizard.
The only field(s) the Replicator will be concerned with are Tilded Coded fields. Place a check in the Replace Tilde Code. The Replace With field lights up, click the Lookup Database icon (). This will open the Lookup database for the Tilded field, highlight a choice and click Replace.
If the templated item has additional tilded field you will see them in turn when you press Next. If the are no other tilde’d field you will go to the Finish dialog, click Finish and the Replicated item will be inserted.
