Painting Vinyl Data Dialog
How to Use – Painting Vinyl Data Dialog
Painting and wall covering finishes are setup in the Painting Conditions properties window as seen below.
Except for some drop down fields under Settings the screen is empty. The teal colored fields with the drop down arrowcontain a list of topics that you will select from to setup the finish specifications for the selected topic. A graphic depiction is shown below of the topics currently available.
As soon as you select a field a finish key is displayed for that line, in addition depending on what topic you selected other required fields for that line will appear as seen below.
The Finish Key is a special key for the painting contractor. This key allows the estimator to set up a painting condition from the substrate to the finish coat and to save that information so it can be used again in the future.
