Item Properties
What is Item Properties?
Properties:
Opens the Item Properties dialog screen for the current line being highlighted. To use click Edit | Item Properties or click the Properties icon. Since you are working with an Item, you cannot have multiple occurrences of the item and expect to open the item opportunities. You can only open the Properties for one item at a time.
Doing so will open an Item Properties dialog which you will find the information that describes your item. You will then edit, modify or enter additional information into the three screens of this dialog, which are General, Accounting, and Template.
