Hangs at Login – v12

Problem

After entering password, the program does not move off the login screen

Solution

• Close out of the login screen
• Right Click on the shortcut for The EDGE Estimator
• Click Properties
• In the “Start in” field, enter the path where the program files are located for your computer. This is normally: C:\Program Files (x86)\The Estimating Edge\The Edge Estimator
