Are you using a hard board or Roll up?
If using a roll up, press the button with arrows on it near the bottom left (where S-0-1 is)
If using a hard board or if you already did the above on a roll up,
Check the connections.
If using the usb connection, don’t use the power supply or serial cable. Make sure The EDGE program is closed. Reset usb from the computer end.
If using the serial cable and power supply, don’t use the USB cable. Make sure The EDGE program is closed. Reset the digitizer (S-0-1 or unplug and plug in power supply)
