SQL Network Connection Lost

Microsoft SQL – Network Connection Lost

User receives following type message:
“A connection to the network database has been lost. Encryption is not supported…”

NOTE:
Before correcting this issue make sure The EDGE CD is on your computer. You also have to shut down The EDGE.
·Go to Add/Remove programs.
·Uninstall the Microsoft SQL Server Native Client.
·Go to The EDGE CD, then go to the following path of the CD – SQLEXPRESS\Win32\Setup
·Run the install file – sqlncli.msi
·Once complete, restart The EDGE
