Problem
Opening The EDGE and trying to open a job and getting the error ” Failed to Create Key “.
Found that this is caused by changing the screen resolution and font sizes, most likely when The EDGE is open. Most recently found in a Windows 7 Machine.
Solution
The fix for this issue was to run Zap Reg on that machine.
