How to Create or Verify an EDGE On Time Manager Role

Note: In order to use EDGE On Time, the company must be an EDGE On Site customer. There will be a setting added to the users’ tenant to activate EDGE On Time.

Step 1: How to create or verify an EDGE On Time Manager Role

  1. On the Administration Portal, click the Admin drop-down.
  2. Click Roles Manager.
  3. Click Add.
  4. A pop-up will appear called Add Role Information.
  5. Type “EDGE On Time Manager” for Name.
  6. Type “EDGE On Time Manager” for Description.
  7. Click the drop-down for Application Type.
  8. Click EDGE On Site for Application Type
  9. Click Add.
  10. Click Edit.
  11. A pop-up will appear called Edit Role Information.
  12. Click on the tab EDGE On Time.
  13. Click On for EDGE On Time.
  14. Click Save.
