The Estimating Edge is looking for a Business Development and Marketing Automation Specialist to build awareness and drive sales qualified leads to the sales team. Reporting the VP of Marketing, the candidate will become the expert, use, train and manage the full range of marketing and sales automation tools utilized at The Estimating Edge. The primary responsibility for this role is to grow customer acquisition by driving qualified leads and working with the sales team to ensure exceptional utilization of the sales automation tools. The specialist will also be responsible for the production of batched, transactional, automated and promotional email campaigns, setting up, testing, deploying and measuring omnichannel marketing automation campaigns. The ideal candidate will be ready to learn, dig in where needed, execute on assigned tasks and take initiative to help drive sales.
-Administration of all marketing and sales automation solutions including Drip, Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator and SaleLoft
-Be the expert on all sales and marketing tools
-Train and guide the sales team on best practices for sales automation tools
-Develop, implement, follow through and track multi-channel marketing campaigns
-Engage with prospective customers to create awareness and interest in The Estimating Edge solutions
-Deliver sales qualified leads to the sales team
-Create and deliver analysis and reporting of all business development activities
-Work with marketing on assigned tasks, such as event coordination, creative writing and help with managing social media channels.
Qualifications & Skills
-Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or other business related field
-B2B sales experience
-Marketing automation experience
-Experience with Salesforce or other sales automation tools
-Software / SaaS sales experience in the AEC industry a plus
-Experience with MS Office
-Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communications skills, both verbal and written a must
